Palisades

We went to Palisades with 15 other families in our ward the last few days in June. It was so much fun. We were camped right by the lake so as soon as the kids woke up they would put there swimsuits and lifejackets on and play in the lake all day. Matthew played in the sand and swam in the lake and Wyatt caught minnows in a net and even caught his first fish all by himself with his fishing pole. No one helped him at all and he was so proud and showed everyone at camp his fish. He even wanted to sleep with it, but mom said "NO!" Cassi stayed close to me sitting in the shade and playing in the lake. We stayed in my father-in-laws camper since I wasn't too excited about tenting it 8 months pregnant. It made the trip extra nice. The best part was being with good friends. I think we might make this trip a yearly tradition.
