Triple Trail Challenge (AKA Insanity!)

Park City Marathon
Jupiter Peak Steeplechase
Midmountain Marathon
The awesome green jacket

On Saturday August 9th Scott began the Triple Trail Challenge by running a 16 mile race called the Jupiter Peak Steeplechase in Park City. He ran it in 2 hours and forty one minutes. Then two weeks later on August 23rd he ran the Park City Marathon (26.2 miles) in three hours and forty six minutes. He finished up the challenge this past Saturday by running the Midmountain Marathon in three hours and fifty eight minutes. He received a pair of socks, two running shirts, two medals and the coveted green running jacket for his efforts. He is amazing. I am in awe at how fast and how often he can run long distances. I will never be able to be as great a runner as him, but I will sure keep trying. He has been running with me to help me train for my half marathon and he is a great support also.

Man he is amazing! Congratulations Scott. I didn't know you were training for a half marathon. When do you find the time to run? You are a great support too to go to all of these races.

Wow...he just ran all those races, and he is still smiling! Nice work, Scott! Maybe you could inspire Nick to get his butt in shape :)
